Marketer and Graphic Designer

- Position Requirements:
- Ability to brainstorm quickly and communicate ideas through concept sketches
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Rapid composition of professional marketing copy and strategy
- Conversant with all major social media platforms such as Facebook, Wordpress, Twitter, Pinterest, Blogger, and LinkedIn.
- 5-10 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge and proficiency of running Email Campaigns with email marketing platforms - especially with MailChimp
- Demonstrated ability to create quality marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, MailChimp campaigns, website features, social media posts, and other newsletters
- Proven ability to create quality marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, mail chimp campaigns, website features, social media posts, and other newsletters
- Aptitude in hand-coding HTML, XHTML, and CSS3
- Basic/Intermediate familiarity with Jquery
- Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML5
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other 3D Modeling software
- Strong portfolio of commercial/professional-grade photography, featuring examples of interior and exterior architecture
